It uses insta-frost technology which makes it easy for the device to instantly cool the air. Firstly, you have to charge the device till fully charged using the USB cable included. fill the tank with water then click on the start button. 1: Press on/off speed control button to turn ChillWell on. By default, it will enter high speed mode. In a nutshell: first prese, power on and high activated. Second press, medium is activated, third press, low settings is activated and fourth press to turn off.
2: Press plus sign turbo button to turn maximum cooling power on or off.
3: Press cooling control button to choose from high, low or off
4: Press the light button to select light color. Choose between Teal, Red, White, Blue, Purple, Yellow, Green or cycle mode. To adjust brightness, hold the button for 3 seconds.
Hint: If you do not plan on using ChillWell for an extended period of time, I recommend you empty the tank and let the cooling cartridge dry before storing. This prevents mold, unpleasant smell, and prolongs the life of Cooling Cartridge.

1: To prepare for cleaning, run ChillWell until the water tank is empty or hold the unit over a sink and carefully pour out water.
2: Remove the cooling cartridge from ChillWell using a damp cloth, clean water tank and air vents.
3: Hand wash cooling cartridge with soap and warm running water. Shake out excess water and let air dry.
My Experience After 2 Weeks of Use
When Using ChillWell, I discovered some best practices which I would like to share.
For best results
Pour cold water directly into the fill area slowly, the colder the better. Wet the cooling cartridge and place it in your freezer before use. Cooling Cartridge takes about 1 hour to freeze. Remove the cooling cartridge and place a few ice cubes inside, they will drop into the tank to super-cool the water. With this you can get the best result from your ChillWell AC.
Note: ChillWell 2.0 is the upgraded version of ChillWell AC, it has all the features as seen in the ChillWell AC and it is very difficult to spot a difference between them. Currently, ChillWell 2.0 is On sale. First model of ChillWell AC was not available for purchase a long time ago.
Precautions I Observed
Do not carry ChillWell when filled with water
I recommend using only in dry location
Turn off and make sure ChillWell is fully powered off when cleaning, removing, or replacing cooling cartridge
