Closing the Digital Divide in the United States

AVEALTO and TPT Global, a US based publicly traded telecom and multimedia company, have entered into an MOU agreement, which we anticipate will lead to a business collaboration to serve these unserved regions using AVEALTO’s transformative terrestrial wireless infrastructure technology.

-- Telecommunicatuions Satellites are too expensive to close the digital divide in remote unserved regions of the United States.  AVEALTO and TPT GLOBAL have a plan.

LONDON – APRIL 28, 2025

AVEALTO Limited, a UK-based company, was formed to design, build and operate a fleet of high-altitude Wireless Infrastructure Platform vehicles (“WIPS”), also often called High Altitude Platforms (“HAPS”), which are designed provide telecom and internet capacity in unserved and underserved regions in order to help close the digital divide worldwide.

Most people consider the “Digital Divide” a problem for less developed countries.  The United State however has large regions that are served only via expensive and low quality telecom satellites and the majority of the people living in these regions do not have routine access to internet.

The states of Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana and Colorado all have large regions with no terrestrial telecommunications links.   In the Eastern part of the United States, large portions of West Virginia Kentucky and Tennessee also lack service.

AVEALTO and TPT Global, a US based publicly traded telecom and multimedia company, have entered into an MOU  agreement, which we anticipate will lead to a business collaboration to serve these unserved regions using AVEALTO’s transformative terrestrial wireless infrastructure technology.

TPT GLOBAL is an innovative company whose previous business activities give it a deep understanding of providing telecommunications services to remote and underserved regions.              Walt Anderson – Managing Director, AVEALTO Limited

In regions served only via telecommunication satellites, AVEALTO Wireless Infrastructure capacity is expected  be as much as 75%  lower in cost than LEO, MEO or GEO satellites and provide a higher quality of service (lower latency, higher availability and lower bit error rate).

TPT GLOBAL will collaborate with AVEALTO to obtain the regulatory approvals needed for operation in the United States.

This disruptive technology could fully close the Digital Divide in the United States.
