Berkley Cyber Risk Solutions, a Berkley Company, is excited to announce that it will offer Crisis Counseling Coverage as part of its Berkley Cyber Risk Protect® product beginning May 1, 2024. The new coverage will provide reimbursement for the cost of crisis counseling incurred by employees of insureds experiencing cyber breach events. This limit will be outside the limits of liability, and there is a $0 retention. The coverage is offered in recognition of the inherent mental and emotional trauma that a breach event can cause.
