Specifically, the NCCN Guidelines® now include taletrectinib (IBTROZI) as a Preferred Agent for both first-line and subsequent therapy for ROS1-positive NSCLC, including specific recommendations for those with brain metastases and resistance mutations.

IBTROZI is a highly selective, next-generation oral ROS1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) designed to address some of the outstanding challenges of treating ROS1+ NSCLC. It has demonstrated high response rates with durable benefit and intracranial activity and is generally well tolerated, providing a new treatment option for patients with advanced ROS1+ NSCLC.
