Taiwan Excellence welcomes the opportunity to introduce 15 leading Taiwanese brands at AUTOMATE 2025, the largest automation exhibition in North America, scheduled from May 12 – 15 at Huntington Place in Detroit.

In October, Taiwan Excellence introduced 10 leading Taiwanese brands to attendees of Automotive USA 2024 in Detroit. This year’s theme of “Accelerating Progress: Forging the New Automotive Era through Technology and Partnerships” drew interest and discussion with automotive leaders and potential partners.

The Taiwan Excellence Pavilion will introduce 10 leading Taiwanese brands to attendees of the OEM-focused Automotive USA 2024 on October 22 and 23 at Huntington Place in Detroit. This year’s theme “Accelerating Progress: Forging the New Automotive Era through Technology and Partnerships” is designed to draw interest and discussion with automotive leaders and potential partners.

Reflecting Taiwan’s ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility, Taiwan Excellence – the symbol of the best and most innovative Taiwanese products – today announced the official launch of “Taiwan Excellence Earth Month,” a global sustainability initiative held in conjunction with World Environment Day. Echoing the spirit of this annual event, the campaign encourages everyday people to cultivate simple green habits in their lives and showcases the eco-conscious practices of Taiwanese innovators. Taiwan Excellence Earth Month aims to inspire thousands to take action through a variety of online and offline activities, culminating in a worldwide challenge and attractive green prizes celebrating the positive impact of collective action. The campaign runs from June 1-30, 2024, in the United States and is organized by the Taiwan International Trade Administration (TITA) and Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA).

AAPEX – The technological prowess of four of Taiwan’s trailblazing, award-winning companies — Chimei Motor, CUB, EverFocus, and MiTAC Digital — was evidenced at yesterday’s product launch event at the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion at AAPEX 2023 where they unveiled transformative AI and IoV products that are not only shaping the vehicles of the future, but also the future of the global automotive industry.

AAPEX – With the theme “Accelerating with Taiwan’s Best,” Taiwan Excellence – the symbol representing the best and most innovative Taiwanese products — is revving up to exhibit a multitude of technologically advanced automotive systems and components at AAPEX 2023, Oct. 31 – Nov. 2 at the Venetian Expo, Las Vegas. Located at Booth #J10224, the pavilion will feature 12 top Taiwan innovators in AI, Internet of Vehicles (IoV), automotive security, and EVs. Working as part of the automotive supply chain, these companies are helping to bring outstanding ideas for future vehicles to fruition and contributing to the evolution and future of the global automotive industry.

AAOS – With the theme “Improving Lives, Together,” Taiwan Excellence – the symbol of the best and most innovative Taiwanese products – will exhibit next-generation innovations that are bringing about positive change for a better life at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) 2023 Annual Meeting, March 7 – 11 in Las Vegas. The Pavilion will showcase products from four Taiwan Excellence award-winning companies: the world’s first smart surgical glasses with AR and MR from Taiwan Main Orthopaedics; hand diagnostics radiology imaging from NanoRay; a limb salvage system from United Orthopedic, and one-step cartilage repair technology from BioGend. These products are shaping new standards of care while improving people’s healthcare experiences and outcomes.

Taiwan Excellence – the symbol of the best and most innovative products from Taiwan – has made it its mission to spread holiday cheer with interactive events, giveaways, and gift guides to help its growing community of supporters check off their holiday lists in style. On the heels of hosting a pop-up event at UC Davis and a holiday gift guide podcast episode, Taiwan Excellence also launched its “Race to 5K” Instagram giveaway contest.

Taiwan Excellence showcased Taiwan’s top tech, fitness, eSports, and outdoor lifestyle products to hundreds of people who attended the opening of the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion today at the first-ever Taiwan Expo USA. Attendees had the opportunity to experience Taiwanese products that will shape life in the coming decade, all by Taiwan Excellence-winning brands that are a testament to the nation’s leadership in quality and design.

On the heels of Taiwan Excellence (TE)’s memorable Times Square takeover, where two massive billboards were linked to create a unique 3D show, TE helped usher in the first Taiwan EXPO USA to be held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC, from October 12-14. The EXPO, which aims to highlight the US and Taiwan’s robust and buoyant economic ties, features nearly 83 exhibitors showcasing Taiwan’s leading technologies, rich culture, vibrant arts, foods, and natural landscapes.

The demands of examinations for independent testing institutes and labs have been expanding and growing from the continuous impact of the pandemic. Taiwan Excellence is leading a team of award-winning medical testing products to attend the largest and most influential global expo, AACC in Chicago, aiming for post-pandemic business opportunities.

Outdoor Retailer Summer Show – With the theme “Explore Every Terrain,” the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Taiwan’s foremost trade promotion organization, is set to exhibit a multitude of fun and innovative outdoor products at the 2022 Outdoor Retailer Summer show. The exhibition Pavilion will feature different "terrains" where visitors can see and experience the wonderful application of award-winning Taiwanese companies and their products. Eleven trailblazing companies will showcase products for endless adventures — from mountain biking to off-roading, swimming to spearfishing, camping to backpacking, and much more.

Outdoor Retailer Summer Show — Wearable devices, once a novelty, are today a “must-have,” thanks in part to a heightened focus on healthful living and a growing comfort with technology. Now, wearables combined with smart textiles — “smart wearables”— are the upcoming hot items in the outdoor industry. Taiwan Excellence — the symbol encapsulating Taiwan’s best and most innovative products — will host a “Smart Tech, Smart Clothing: Innovations from Taiwan for the Outdoor Industry” webinar on May 26 to showcase and familiarize buyers with the country’s cutting-edge “smart wearables” designed for outdoor sports and fitness.

A new Infrastructure and Jobs Act passed, and there’s pent-up demand from contractors, builders, and DIYers and all across our country for hardware and hand tools to complete their projects on time. To help meet this demand, Taiwan Excellence – the symbol of the most innovative Taiwanese products – will hold a “Hot Hardware and Hand Tools – Innovations from Taiwan for the US” webinar on May 20, 2022, to showcase and to familiarize US buyers with some of the country’s most technologically advanced tools designed to dramatically improve performance and durability for professionals and DIYers in a variety of uses, including construction, upholstery, and even auto repairs.

After careful consideration of more than 700 proposals from 61 countries, Taiwan Excellence: Sharing is Caring, the inaugural global philanthropic campaign launched by Taiwan’s Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT), Ministry of Economic Affairs announced the top three winning proposals today:

Following a successful August 11 press conference to global audiences, Taiwan Excellence announced the official launch of its “Sharing is Caring, Taiwan Excellence” global charity campaign. This program, which provides social innovators and changemakers a platform to execute their ideas, will officially open its call for proposals on September 1, 2021. Individuals, NGOs, and social organizations worldwide are welcome to show their creativity and ingenuity and actively submit proposals that can make a difference!
